Last month I had an opportunity to fly to Sydney and attend the launch of the new Breville BES 900 domestic espresso machine. As you will read in my product review, this machine is set to revolutionise the domestic espresso machine market.

Not just a pretty face!

I was sent a bacchi stovetop espresso machine several weeks ago by one of my suppliers. Initially it was its beautiful appearance, and the beautifully designed piece of art that made me need this coffee machine.
The moment it arrived, I was itching to use it.

I cut open the cardboard box and found a embossed shiny silver metal canister that housed the Baachi. I almost was content with the canister and nothing else. Opening the top of the canister, the Baachi was hugged by a soft foam cushion keeping it safe....

Barista Domestica™ course

Well, we had our first Course of "Barista Domestica" on the 28th May, it was very successful. Having several attendees being quite proficient in producing good coffee at home. It seem to be the tricks of the trade in milk texturing as well as understanding grinder setting that has taken their coffee skills to the next level.

Yoichi Kido said "the problem is now I cant go for coffee anywhere else, i'm to picky"

The pickier we are the more cafes will have to pick up there game...... Bring it!! :)

The course is limited to a maximum of 8 people per course so avoid disappointement and book online now. Barista™ Domestica courses will run on the 1st Saturday of every month.
